Terms of use — MyInvestor MCP

These terms govern the use of MyInvestor MCP, the official MyInvestor connector for Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Grok. The connector is operated by MyInvestor (MyInvestor Banco, S.A.) and supplements — without replacing — the general terms and conditions that govern the MyInvestor website and app. By using the connector you accept these terms.

Purpose of the connector

The connector lets people explore MyInvestor’s public catalogue — mutual funds, automated portfolios and the broker’s ETFs and stocks (listed equities) — from a conversation in the supported conversational AI assistants: Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Grok.

Permitted use

Personal, conversational and informational use of the connector through those assistants is permitted. Reasonable use from AI development tools and agents is tolerated and is subject to the service’s usage limits.

Prohibited uses

The following is prohibited:

• Automated or programmatic access to the connector (scripts, bots, scrapers, crawlers and the like).
• Massive or systematic extraction, download, copying or indexing of the catalogue, the product sheets or the price series.
• Reusing, redistributing or reselling the data, or building databases or derived products from it.
• Circumventing, or attempting to circumvent, usage limits or access controls, including impersonating another client, application or assistant.
• Overloading or disrupting the service.

Measures

We may limit, suspend or block access, without prior notice, to any use that breaches these terms.

Informational nature

The connector’s content is informational only. It is not investment advice or a personal recommendation to buy or sell any product. Any contracting takes place outside the connector, on the MyInvestor website, and is governed by the terms and master policy published there.

Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. When we do, we will update the Last updated date on this page. Continued use of the connector after an amendment means you accept the terms then in force.
